Program:
The championship shall take place in CONSTANTA , ROMANIA on May 12-14, 2006 according to the following program:
Thursday May 11 th , 2006
Arrivals at Hotel Perla in Mamaia, Mamaia blvd. (near Constanta ), Romania , before 16.00 p.m. for accreditation and payments of the following fees:
competitors competition entry fee: Euro 100.00
team competition entry fee: Euro 50.00
hotel accommodation (see chapter on Hotel accommodation )
Competitors' accommodation is at Hotel Perla in Mamaia, Mamaia Boulevard
Vip, Officials and Umpires accommodation is at Ibis Hotel in Constanta, Mircea cel Batran Street, no. 39 - 41.

Prices include the following:
ID card
accommodation including full board arrangements breakfast, lunch and dinner prices are per person per day (no drinks included)
transportation on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - to and from Hotel-Sport Hall
free training facilities on Thursday May 11 from 14.00 18.00 no transportation
free entrance to the party on Sunday 14 May 2006 (no food and drinks included)
medical assistance during the competition days
In the order of officiate in the Championship each country shall book the hotel accommodation through the organization committee of the championship.
Those countries not booking in the hotel accommodation through the organization committee of the championship shall pay Euro 100.00 per person in order to receive the ID card. Without ID card, any person can not to entries in the Sport Hall.
Arrivals:
Countries arriving by plane at Constanta , must to see at page www.carpatair.com or at page www.tarom.com or contact directly their local travel agency.
Countries arriving by train can to come in Bucharest from: Vienna , Venetia , Praga, Krakov, Budapest , Rome , Paris , Stuttgart , Munchen , Hamburg and Berlin .

Competition Rules:
According to the AETF competition rules.
Coaches
- must wear either a training suit or a T-shirt and pants and running shoes while coaching.
- should have printed the name of the country represented on the track suit or on the T-shirt.
- only one (1) coach of a country is allowed entering the coaching zone at the same time.
- only a coach can present an official protest.
- not more than two (2) coaches per country will have access to the drawing and to the
coaches meeting on Thursday May 11 th 2006 at 18.00-19.30.
Umpires:
- Umpires will be accommodated in the Umpire/VIPs hotel.
- The organization will pay a 5 days/4 nights hotel accommodation including full board ( no drinks included) from Thursday April 11 th 2005 to Monday April 15 th 2005 to a maximum of two (2) Umpires for each participating country.
- Other Umpires wishing to participate must pay their hotel accommodation according above mentioned arrangements.
- Umpires must attend the umpire meeting on Thursday May 11 th , at 19.30 hrs in the Umpire Hotel dressed as written in the ITF Umpire rules.
- Umpires not present at the umpire meeting on Thursday May 11 th , at 19.30 hrs shall be removed from the umpire list and be accommodated in the competitors hotel they therefore shall pay their own expenses.
